My son's experience at his Strive Lax Academy was great! Tim was a very personable, and engaged, coach. He quickly identified the areas for my son to focus on; from fundamentals to his weakness areas with the opposite hand. And, it was all 1-1. Highly recommend this clinic.

The best training in New Jersey. Andrew's reputation as a player/coach is second to none. The visual content Strive produces, specifically on Instagram, gives tips/advice for athletes of all levels is high-quality and informative.

Andrew is an amazing lacrosse trainer . He has trained all 3 of my sons . Andrew has provided weight training , speed / agility training , goalie training and so much more ; at the high school and college level .We are lucky to have his quality of lacrosse training for our area .

Andrew is an outstanding lacrosse coach. His ability to teach the critical core skills of the game are second to none. My son has improved tremendously as a player in such a short time by working with him. Andrew's passion for lacrosse, sense of dedication, commitment to hard work and overall positivity have had a wonderful effect upon my son. My son truly enjoys his practice sessions with Coach Andrew. Additionally, Andrew is more than just a terrific lacrosse coach; he is a great role model and mentor for young lacrosse players. I would highly recommend him as a personal or team coach for any level.

Andrew is an amazing teacher, coach, mentor & role model for these kids that he trains. He is professional, respectful and an all around great person to have around your children no matter what age they are.
